Return or Exchanges

Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of receipt of your order. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. Please note that the following conditions must be met for a return to be eligible:

  • The item must be in its original unused condition.
  • The item should not be used or worn.
  • The item must be in its original packaging box with the original label/hangtag still attached.

If your return meets these criteria, you will be eligible for a full refund. Please note that the shipping fee is non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

If you need to exchange the size of your purchased item, we are happy to assist you. Please contact our customer service team for more information on the exchange process. Please note the following:

  • The exchange process must be initiated within 7 days of receipt of your order.
  • The item must be in its original unused condition.
  • The item should not be used or worn.
  • The item must be in its original packaging box with the original label/hangtag still attached.

Once we receive the item and verify its eligibility for exchange, we will assist you in selecting the correct size. Please note that any price difference between the exchanged items will be handled separately.
